Location: Hamburg

Working closely with the team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Ops will be responsible for a variety of mission critical areas and ensure their success. More than just a project manager, we are looking for someone who wants to be a key of the company and its success story.

Your Strengths:


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar senior role, ideally at another startup
  • Excellent (agile) project management skills
  • Good financial planning experience
  • Passion for female health innovation and digital health
  • Enjoy working with others to solve complex challenges
  • Basic understanding of app development and relevant tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and German
  • Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience in the health, lifestyle, gaming or media industries
